店鋪經理是店鋪中重要的一員，負責店鋪內所有營運工作，包括銷售、顧客關懷、庫存管理、人員管理和制定符合公司標準的策略，同時需與區域團隊保持緊密合作，以達至公司目標和支持整個團隊。
銷售管理及顧客關懷
• 監察銷售業績並推動市場主導性以達至公司業務目標
• 分析銷售數據並預測市場趨勢以計劃及實施相關銷售策略
• 管理團隊以提供卓越顧客服務
• 解決顧客服務相關事宜並與相應部門跟進
庫存管理
• 確保依照公司指引有效地補充商品和完成訂單
• 確保倉庫貨品排列有序，運送過程及時準確
• 計劃和管理店鋪盤點流程以配合銷售準備
人員管理
• 領導，激勵和啟發團隊從而增加銷售並確保團隊效率
• 透過開放式溝通，培訓，指導，積極鼓勵和以身作則來建立高效率團隊
• 透過定期績效評估和職業發展計劃，確定潛在人才並培養成為接班人
• 創造及推廣積極正面和團隊合作的工作環境以提高生產力，員工留職率和工作滿足感
• 確保工作場所安全，場所和員工行為不會對任何人的健康和安全構成威脅
規劃與協調
