- 職責
• 負責監控工程進度，協助統籌及協調裝修設計施工項目,推動各項施工步驟以確保工程能依計劃時間內完成
• 推行品質管理，監督工地安全，推動及實行地盤施工安全工作
• 協助及監督工程規格和遞交圖則
• 負責識別及協調所有問題事項,並能協助上司處理及解決現場的任何問題
• 給予工程監督與前線工人技術支援
• 協助項目經理準備工程檔案, 與各部門和地盤之間的內部協調
• 與內部和外部各方合作, 組織、執行及完成各項項目所需的工序環節
• 根據施工進度，跟進訂貨、生產、送料進度，定期更新進展狀態
• 處理申請牌照
• 日常文書工作

• 持有相關工程學位或同等學歷
• 良好中、英文書寫及會話能力
• 積極進取、細心
• 具團隊精神
• 組織良好，能夠獨立工作, 並能承受壓力，能於時間緊迫及壓力下工作
• 最少2年相關工作經驗，熟悉地盤運作及統籌工作,能獨立處理地盤工程者優先考慮
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office 程式應用及中文文書處理
