| Position Requirement: |
- Be well presented at shop floor, greet & thank customers with pleasant attitude.
- 在店面以專業形象及態度為顧客提供最佳購物體驗
- Develop good customer relationships in order to increase sales opportunities & customer satisfaction.
- 與顧客建立良好關係，以增加銷售機會及顧客對品牌滿意度
- Implement proper stock display guidelines & marketing materials.
- 確保貨場內貨品展及銷售商品展示整潔
- Identify and promptly act on remedies to improve shop floor condition.
- 迅速應對店面任何突發情況以改善店面運作
- Ensure events / promotions run smoothly by assisting with set up, meet and greet guests and find opportunity to sell products and build client database.
- 協助店舖任何宣傳活動的設置及確保運作順暢，為顧客提供滿意的服務並建立穩固的顧客關係
- Follow instruction from Assistant Store Manager in any emergency who will decide who is required to attend before, during or after boutique hours
- 遵從店舖副經理在緊急時的的工作時間安排
- Ensure the Health and Safety of all the customers and employees whilst on store premises
- 確保顧客在健康及安全的店內購物
- Stock control and stock replenishment
- 清點庫存數量及適時補貨
Requirements工作要求:
- Candidates preferably with a minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience.
- 須有兩年或以上高級品牌零售經驗
- With patient & cheerful personality, good team players, willing to learn.
- 性格開朗、有耐性、具有團隊合作精神、積極學習
- Demonstrate strong commercial sense, able to adapt to changing customer needs.
- 具有高商業觸感，能切合應付不同顧客需求
- Be flexible to work varied shifts including evenings & weekends.
- 需輪班工作，包括於晚上及週末上班
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- 良好中英文讀寫能力，能以流利國語及英語溝通
- Competent with retailer computer packages such as POS and CRM systems.
- 熟悉銷售系統，如POS、CRM等系統
- Knowledge of Microsoft software packages (e.g. Word, Excel) would also be desirable.
- 懂得運用微軟電腦軟件，如Word、Excel等為最佳
