營業部 - 分行運營管理經理主要職責： 負責制定分行經營計畫並監督執行，確保完成分行經營績效目標 負責組織分行企業、個人客戶的市場行銷和客戶關係管理工作 負責分行日常運營管理，管理指導分行員工合規開展日常業務處理工 負責分配分行員工工作以及個人業績指標，並對員工業績考核評價
任職條件： 大學畢業或以上學歷，主修經濟、金融、財務等相關專業優先考慮 具備 5 年以上澳門本地銀行的分行經營管理實踐經驗 熟悉澳門本地企業、客戶市場，具營銷經驗或有豐富客戶資源者優先 良好的管理能力和溝通技巧，強烈的團隊精神和責任心及風控合規意識 具有開拓和創新精神，能承受較強的工作壓力 具良好的中、英文書寫及溝通能力 具電腦操作和文書處理能力
