- Be a role model to deliver excellent services & enhance customer satisfaction.

- Provide coaching to subordinates according to standard operation procedures & guidelines.
- 指導前線員工有關公司工作流程及標準
- Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure the highest possible operation efficiency.
- 與店舖副經理緊密合作，使店舖達到最高營運效益
- Act as first contact point for issues regarding customer complaints, service & maintenance standards.
- 處理客戶投訴、保持服務質素
Requirements工作要求:
- Secondary Education with minimum 2 years' work experience in luxury retail experience
- 中學程度及須具備兩年或以上精品品牌公司之相關工作經驗
- Proactive and pleasant personality
- 積極主動、親切有禮
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
- 有責任心、能獨立完成工作
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
- 良好中英文讀寫能力，包括能以國語及英語溝通
- Competent with retailer computer packages such as PDQ machines, POS and CRM systems.
- 熟悉銷售系統，如PDQ機、POS及CRM系統
- Knowledge of Microsoft software packages (e.g. Word, Excel) would also be desirable
- 懂得運用微軟電腦軟件，如Word、Excel等為佳
