職位：銷售經理
【崗位職責】
1) 負責高球會籍會務市場的開拓，；
2) 策劃銷售活動，並保證向銷售目標和市場計畫具有針對性；
3) 與客戶建立和保持良好的合作關係並持續探索潛在客戶，增加經濟效益；
4)為到店的商務團體提供卓越服務，協調客戶的大型活動及VIP接待工作；
5) 熟悉自己客戶分類情況及客戶的需求特點，建立客戶檔案，定期更新客戶名單；
6) 注意市場動態，收集主要競爭對手和同行資訊對銷售業績和現狀進行有效分析；
【任職要求】
1) 大學以上學歷，良好的職業形象，五年以上星級酒店銷售及市場開發或同崗位經驗；
2) 有良好的酒店、宴會、會展、團隊等客戶資源；
3) 具備優秀的語言表達能力及交流技巧，溝通協調能力強；
4) 有獨立開展銷售工作能力及市場分析能力，並能提出應對措施和合理建議；
5) 有強烈的事業心，責任感，有銷售團隊帶領經驗。
