| Position Requirement: |
- 執行招租、租務商討、按法例要求辦理租約文件
- 定期進行物業巡視，與租戶接觸，維持並建立良好關係
- 與工程管理部協調處理有關物業交收之裝修或還原工程等事宜
- 處理所有租戶查詢及投訴
- 每月提交與租務相關的詳盡報告，協助制定年度預算和租金預測、編寫報告等
- 代表公司與有關政府部門、業主等聯繫，維護物業資產之利益
- 處理公司行政工作
- 指導其部門成員編寫行政程序以協助各部門行政運作順暢
- 協調各部門，落實公司規章制度，確保上情下達，下情上達
任職要求
- 學士學歷或以上，房地產、物業管理等相關專業
- 熟悉租賃條例、擁有3年或以上商業物業租賃管理經驗，持有個人地產代理牌照優先
- 具有優秀的商務談判能力及溝通協調能力
- 對行業發展趨勢具有敏銳的洞察力和積極進取的態度
- 工作態度認真負責，工作積極主動，注重細節
- 具有良好的溝通能力，能協調好與公司其他部門及外部關聯方的關係
- 良好中英文表達及書寫能力
- 熟悉總務、人事、後勤、採購、倉庫管理工作
- 熟悉ISO9001，14001管理體系要求
- 熟悉運用微軟辦公軟件如Word、Excel及PowerPoint
- 有國家企業行政管理經驗者優先
