- 負責辦公室設備管理，日常辦公用品的發放、登記管理、為公司正常運轉提供良好的後勤保障
- 負責公司日常公文、報告等相關文書的整理工作
- 負責公司業務跟進工作
- 定期向總經理匯報業務進展
- 良好的職業操守，保密意識強
- 負責公司領導交辦的其他事務
