| Position Requirement: |
- Fully understand the operations and procedures standards & ensure smooth running of the store.
- 全面了解店舖運作流程及公司準則以確保店舖運作順暢
- Lead & motivate front line staff to achieve sales target set by the company.
- 領導及推動前線員工以達到公司所定下的銷售目標
- Maintain outstanding shopping environment and visual merchandising standards.
- 維持良好的店舖環境及保持高標準的商品陳列
- Monitoring stock levels and stock management for replenishment.
- 監察店舖庫存及管理補給
- Develop the team and provide regular coaching for performance improvement.
- 建立團隊及提供定期培訓以提升團隊表現質素
- Act as an ambassador for the store & able to establish good customer relationship.
- 成為店舖大使及建立良好顧客關係
Requirements工作要求:
- Certified Tea Sommelier in UK Academy or equivalent
- 持有英國茶藝證書或相關認證
- Strong leadership, organizing, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- 具備良好領導、組織、分析及解決問題之能力
- Good team players, outgoing, dependable & pro-active.
- 具備團隊合作精神、積極主動、有責任感
- Excellent time management & customer focus.
- 善於時間管理及以客為本精神
- Adaptable to changes & willing to accept challenges.
- 適應能力強，勇於接受挑戰
- Competent with retailer computer packages such as POS and CRM systems.
- 熟悉銷售系統，如POS、CRM等
- Proficient in Microsoft software packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- 可純熟運用微軟電腦軟件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
- Knowledge of business analytics tools & other collaboration platforms is desirable.
- 擁有高級品牌相關工作相經驗及懂得運用商業分析工具為佳
- Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- 良好中英文讀寫能力
