| Position Requirement: |
- 制訂和整理行政辦公室的文書檔案系統，嚴格執行保密制度，做好各項保密工作，做好內部各類檔、合同的審核，資料的整理、收集、歸檔，檔案管理。
- 協助行政經理在行政人事、文檔管理等辦公事務中的工作。
- 管理人事部內部相關的文件, 包招人事檔案管理, 向各部主管人員提供有關人員信息準備及處理的建議和幫助。
- 協助行政經理進行員工的招聘，做好員工的提升、調職、解僱、辭職等工作。
- 上級主管領導交代的與本崗位職責有關的文書處理工作。
任職要求：
忠於企業，有較強的敬業精神和事業心；品德優良，廉潔自律，遵紀守法；具備較強的溝通協調能力、應變能力、執行力和服務意識，熟練運用各類電腦辦公軟件為佳。
