主要職責
-管理及監督管事部的日常運營和人手安排
-保持運營預算的同時不斷提高客人和員工的滿意度
- 監管廚房用品、設施、設備的訂購、存貨和維護工作
- 檢查設備和工作範圍，以確保工作有效地進行及逹到公司標準
-管理及指導員工的日常工作；清楚了解管事部各崗位的工作並能於員工缺勤時替補其職位
-根據效率及效益為部門的目標制定優先順序，並帶領部門根據公司的方向逹到公司的願景
- 帶領團隊逹到並超越部門制定的目標，包括績效目標、預算目標、團隊目標等
- 管理所有管事部的設備、瓷器、玻璃及銀製餐具
-確保所有管事員工接受正確的衞生，化學藥品及設備使用的培訓
- 與餐飲部總監、餐飲部助理總監、總經理、飲品經理、侍酒師及餐廳經理緊密合作，確保所有安排和細節運作流暢
- 執行與職責有關的其他工作
工作內容：職位要求
-大學畢業或以上程度（酒店管理或相關學歷）
-至少6年管事工作經驗具相關工作職責或同等水平，並曾在五星級酒店工作
- 具良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力
-精通 Microsoft Office 軟件的操作及運用
-能夠同時執行多項任務並在快節奏的環境中工作
-能細心及安全地處理工作
