| Position Requirement: |
- 完善公司人力資源管理制度，建立並完善人力資源管理體系（包含規劃、招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬及員工關係體系的全面建設），實現制度化、流程化、資訊化。
- 監督及跟進勞工配額的申請、協調、統籌、續期等工作
- 制定人力資源預算，審核、控制公司的人力資源管理成本方案;
- 負責公司行政管理工作(如行政成本管理、報銷及採購審核、資產管理等)；
- 監督及跟進集團伺服器、網站的維護及更新;
- 負責公司重要接待、活動的策劃及實施(如團隊建設、生日及節日聚餐活動)。
- 負責公司對外公共關係的處理，保持與政府部門及相關企業的良好關係
- 完成上級交辦的其它或臨時工作。
職位要求：
- 大學畢業或以上學歷，主修行政管理或人力資源管理 ;
- 六年以上行政人事相關工作經驗;
- 熟悉澳門勞動關係法、外地僱員法及各類辦公室軟件;
- 良好粵語、普通話及英語讀寫能力;
- 有責任感、能獨立處事、工作細緻及團隊意識強，
- 較強的溝通協調以及語言表達能力。
