Position Requirement: |
Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO, manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents via but not limited to phone line and daily email Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: Higher education in Business Administration, Public Relations or similar At least 3 years of working experience providing support at a high level in a company with strong control environment Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows Detail-oriented organizational and planning skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good team player Effective multitasking and excellent time management skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills High sense of responsibility and stress resistance Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both verbal and written
