• Develop strategies and roll out recruiting plans for senior-level positions

• Formulate corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as high-volume recruitment, compensation, benefits, health and safety, recognition programs

• Create and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs to ensure a positive studio culture with high level of employee engagement

• Manage local HR team to support business priorities and not to be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” and get things done

• Work with global HR and other key business functions contributing to the business growth

• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven executive recruiting experience

• Bachelor education in Human Resources or relevant disciplines

• Thorough understanding of the Macau Employment Labour Law and related legislations

• 8+ years of progressive HR experiences with 5 years of HR Management experience; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director

• Ability to work under strict deadlines within complex matrix work environment

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience supporting hourly employee managing is considered as a plus
