職責描述： 前期負責品酒廊開設籌備工作，開業後負責日常運營狀況 參與品酒廊開設籌備，辦理相關手續，協助店面設計 制定運營方向及市場定位，參與組建團隊架構，制定團隊規章度以及各項運作程序 全面負責品酒廊日常運營，制定以及落實運營計劃、預算方案以達到業目標 管理品酒廊所有的工作組別，如接待，收銀 定期向公司管理層匯報品酒廊運營情況
