Technician / Senior TechnicianField Service WorkMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, software upgrades, and machine installation in the field and provide customer/internal training Document system problems and preventative maintenance in customer site log Gather and record machine information to monitor performance Escalate difficult technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance from technical support team Establish preventative maintenance schedules and implements according to company specifications Receive technical training for all machines (hardware, software, system included)
REQUIREMENT Macau ID card holder only Must be able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision At least 1 year relevant working experience, 3 years or more experience will be considered as Senior Technician System support experience Experience on using MS Excel, PPT, Word for preparing report Must be able to work at all customer sites as needed (such sites may include finan
