| Position Requirement: |
- 負責協助上級管理部門的經營，制定營業計畫、經營預算和成本控制計劃，領導員工完成工作任務和指標;
- 開拓客源;
- 經營、管理貴賓餐飲服務, 制定及完善服務規範;
- 負責部門人員的更次安排和績效考評；
- 制定餐飲部各項工作的服務標準和操作規程；
- 督導員工執行各項服務標準和操作規程，保證衛生、餐飲生產及服務等工作的創新,提高服務水平；
- 與行政人事部配合及溝通在招聘、獎勵、處罰、晉升、調動、解僱餐員工等多項工作，並組織餐飲部員工的業務知識及培訓工作；
- 定期召開及主持餐飲會議，分析市場動態和業務經營狀況，及時調整、完善經營方式，確保營業收入；
- 巡視前台、廚房、倉庫的安全及衛生情況，做好財產管理，嚴格遵從財務制度 ;
- 完成上級交辦的其它或臨時工作。
任職要求：
- 高中或以上學歷;
- 具有四年或以上餐飲管理服務經驗;
- 不少於三年貴賓餐飲服務經驗;
- 良好中(粵語)、英文溝通及書寫能力;
- 有責任感、能處事獨立、工作細緻;
- 具一定抗壓能力及較強的溝通協調能力。
