• Plan & implement the project from start to finish according to concept, proposal, pre-planning, requirements, target audience, budget, objectives & results;

• Lead promotional activities for the event / marketing / advertising plan, supervise all staffs and coordinate all operations;

• Develop, build and maintain client relationship;

• Research and propose new innovative, creative and interactive ideas;

Requirement

• With at least 5 years work experience in event management / marketing / advertising or other related disciplines; with at least 3 years’ experience in a team leadership role;

• Strong analytical, common sense, attentive to details and project planning skill;

• Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; - Self-motivated, highly responsible as well as good team & motivational leader;

• A knack for problem-solving;

• Positive thinking and able to work under pressure and limited time;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a MUST; - Willing to work overtime and holiday;

• Immediate available is preferred;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for executive position.
