Retail Operation Management Trainee
(Supermarket/ Kid's, Babies & Toys/ Life Style/ Food Hall/ Children's/ Men’s/ Ladies’ Fashion/ Electrical Appliances)
Responsibilities：- Maintain daily store operation smoothly and achieve optimum sales revenue target
- Provide high quality customer service, understand customers and their needs
- Establish good relationship with our customers
- Innovative and inject new thought and insight to the company
- Manage the sales team and assist shop supervisor for day-to-day store operation work
- Analyze and manage sales data, produce sales reports and statistics
- Shift duty is required
Requirements：- Bachelor degree or above
- With creativity, analytical skills and leadership
- Ability to work independently and possess team spirits
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under high pressure
- Enthusiasm for sales work
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
