工作內容 要求：主要職責: 以確保團隊成員為賓客帶來五星級的禮遇及有效率的服務。主要負責協助傳菜員運送食物托盤及菜餚；此外，亦須負責桌面重新擺設(包括醬料、玻璃器皿及桌布準備等)、為廚房餐飲訂單作優先次序排列及維持倉存量等工作。
職位介紹:
• 負責協助服務員運送食物托盤及端送菜餚
• 負責桌面清潔及重新擺設餐具
• 保持餐具的整潔及衛生
• 備妥玻璃器皿及桌布，以便重新擺設餐桌用
• 須維持倉存量；倘遇有需要，需從倉存裡提貨使用
• 須小心謹慎地儲存食品、飲品及設備
• 保持菜單及飲品單的整潔
• 熟悉菜單及飲品單內各貨品和相關服務
• 熟悉渡假村所有的設施和服務
• 為配合餐飲部各分部門的需要，作出適當的人手調動
• 須協助和履行主任和服務員委派的工作
條件要求：職位要求:
工作經驗：具最少一年於四、五星級大型酒店或餐廳，從事客戶服務工作經驗者優先考慮
教育程度：小學畢業或以上程度
語言能力：能操流利廣東話和普通話；懂英語者優先考慮 |
