崗位職責: 負責日常行政事務:辦公室維護維修、前臺接待、會務安排及會議紀要 負責辦公用品採購、匯總、台賬登錄,合理控制辦公成本 負責行政物品、固定資產、辦公用品,生產資料等資產管理,定期盤點 根據部門需求進行崗位招聘,滿足業務需求 負責考勤管理、入離職手續、勞動合同、員工檔案、花名冊、通訊錄等 定期組織員工文化活動,新員工入職培訓等組織建設工作 外地雇員勞工額管理:包括申請勞工額、新員工辦證、勞工額續期等 協助修訂公司管理規章制度,進行日常人力、行政工作的組織與管理 領導交辦的其他工作
任職要求: 假期:週末雙休,澳門銀行假期,6 - 12天年假,假期多! 福利:國企背景,領導好,有下午茶活動、部門團建經費、年度體檢等
