| 主要職責 : 草擬及刊登招商廣告; 制定及協調各部門的工作流程並定期更新相關安排 ; 負責集團所有物品/設備的文檔記錄定期更新及所有固定資產管理及
調配; 負責跟進集團伺服器的維護及更新; 負責辦公室用品及設備報價及採購; 負責批核各部門的行政日常雜項報銷; 負責人事的一切事誼, 包括: 相關文書工作及存檔、招聘、錄用及辭退、
績效評估、考勤核算等; 負責勞工配額的申請、協調、統籌、續期等工作; 統籌集團員工生日或節日聚餐活動; 完成上級交辦的其它或臨時工作。
職位要求 ： 大學畢業或以上學歷，主修行政管理或人力資源管理優先考慮 ; 四年以上行政及人事相關工作經驗; 熟悉澳門勞動關係法和外地僱員法及各類辦公室軟件; 良好粵語、普通話及英語讀寫能力; 有責任感、能獨立處事、工作細緻及團隊意識強， 較強的溝通協調以及語言表達能力。 |
