- Job Duties
Cultivate client relationships through to understand their business, expectations and needs. Conduct Client management work including working with account teams to craft strategies, develop creative approaches and manage budgets;
Setup and manage the sales and advertising short- and long-term targets and objectives for news, outdoor advertising and all types of social media platforms;
Establish affiliations with other agencies and vendors in other districts, especially in the Greater Bay Area;
Direct and Lead internal business units such as Editing, Reporting, Creative Art, Media and Production, Public Relations and Event Management teams operations;
Be responsible for the annual operational budget and forecast of sales;
Setup annual OKR for each individual teams;
Provide direction on daily news and media topic, such as News, Entertainment, Travel, Leisure, Economics, Politics channels etc.;
Maintain good relationships with various media agencies, government institutions and provide prompt feedback on media information;
Manage and coordinate between New Media and Newspaper spreading;
Continuous improvements in New Media Production work, Public Relations and Event Management

- Requirements:
8 years or above experience in operating media business, sales and advertising;
Degree holder in Chinese, social media or communication;
Passionate in News Media;
Ability to complete editing new media content independently;
Have strong adaptability to working in New Media environment;
Have a sound knowledge in social marketing and content marketing, with insights and trend judgment;
Experienced in coaching and leading a team of subordinates;
Experienced in new media operations;
Experienced in current affairs, economics and policy analysis
