Job Responsibilities 崗位職責：

• Monitoring closely daily operations of a members only restaurant providing fine dining experience to our privilege members in Guangzhou

• Providing restaurant staff with guidance to deliver upscaled customer services

• Maintaining seamless communication and relationship with customers

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction level

• Communicating proactively with chef to adjust menu according to seasonality, special occasions or market demands on regular basis

• Designing and launching different catering projects or promotions timely

• Leading revenue generation activities including membership sales, banquets and company partnerships

• 負責高檔西餐廳的運營管理工作 ( 定位 Fine Dining，會員制 );

• 指導並提供優質的顧客服務，負責與顧客進行良好溝通，維護客戶關係，保持良好的顧客滿意度；

• 與主廚密切溝通，根據季節、節日或市場需求，定期更換西餐廳功能表，適時推出各項餐飲項目推廣；

• 帶領團隊做好會員銷售、宴會接待和業務推廣工作。

Requirement 崗位要求：

• Holder of undergraduate degree or above with 5+ years of managerial experience in fine dining restaurant

• Candidate with management experience in fine dining restaurants operated by starred hotels, or with similar overseas exposure is with absolute advantage

• Preferred to be former leaders in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants

• With work proficient English and standard Mandarin capability

• Forward-thinking, open-minded and inclusive

• Sensitive and responsive to customer needs

• 全日制大專以上學歷，西餐管理經驗 5 年以上；

• 具有星級酒店高檔西餐廳管理經驗或曾在海外從事過西餐管理工作的人選優先考慮；

• 曾接觸過 Fine Dining 或曾在米其林餐廳工作的優先考慮；

• 英語可作為工作語言，普通話標準；

• 具有良好的創新意識以及開放包容的思想，能夠關注客戶需求和體驗。
