- 開展市場調研，收集並分析市場資訊；
- 編制集團業務拓展戰略發展報告（涉及旅遊、地產、零售等多個行業）；
- 對新項目進行可行性分析，並提供給高層以作決策；
- 參與新項目與相關方進行的談判工作；
- 關注招標資訊，制訂投標方案，參與開標等相關工作；
- 參與新項目立項與前期策劃相關工作；
- 熟悉項目所在地政府相關部門的工作流程，並與政府相關部門建立良好關係。
任職要求：
- 大學本科及以上學歷，金融學、財務、法學、管理等相關專業；
- 具有5年項目拓展相關工作經驗；
- 熟悉旅遊、地產、零售等行業優先；
- 熟悉澳門相關行業政策及政府辦事程序優先；
- 良好的談判能力、公關能力和問題分析能力；
- 勤奮敬業、有責任心。
