| Position Requirement: |
- 秉承托兒所的宗旨提供優質的教學，服務幼兒及家長並配合相關政府部門的要求。向托兒所領導提供服務發展建議，共同推動托兒服務的持續發展
- 帶領、監察及推行托兒所的整體行政管理、教育及服務策劃、日常運作
- 制定及執行符合幼兒及家長需要的周年教育、服務目標及計劃；帶領校內團隊實踐托兒所自我評估工作及通過社會工作局的質素評核
- 與其他幼兒學校/服務單位合作策劃及推行機構活動/服務
學歷要求：
- 幼兒教育、護理、教育、社會工作、與幼兒發展或幼兒教育相關的應用心理學高等專科學位或以上；或具有經社會工作局認資格
- 具2年以上幼兒教育工作經驗及1年或以上行政及管理工作經驗
- 對1-3 歲學前服務有願景、抱負及創意、樂意研發及推行優質課程及服務理念
- 良好中英文溝通及書寫能力；具基本電腦技巧；具良好人際關係及溝通技巧及推動團隊協作能力
- 具領導才能，策劃、組織、服務宣傳、解難及危機處理能力；有危機意識及客戶服務導向，及能於壓力下工作
- 持有澳門特別行政區永久性居民身份證
