兼職品牌大使的角色負責創造並提供出色的顧客服務體驗，進而展現Canada Goose商品的實用性。他/她協助執行由管理團隊制定的計劃和策略，並履行能提高店鋪營運效率的零售相關職能，從而能夠提高客戶服務體驗的整體質量，包括確保在各個領域的卓越表現以及保持Canada Goose一向對商品質量及和真實可靠性的承諾期望。
你將會負責什麼?
店鋪財務管理
• 藉由達成個人生產力標準來對店鋪總業績做出貢獻。
• 達成或超出依據每季不同而定的個人銷售目標。
團隊投入度
• 透過有效的溝通、團隊合作以及與品牌大使和店鋪管理團隊的合作，創造正面積極的工作環境。
• 參與所有店鋪會議、活動和產品教育訓練課程。
• 展現符合Canada Goose品牌文化的價值觀和行為。
卓越店鋪營運管理
• 遵守店鋪營運程序，以降低店鋪損失。
• 按照公司標準流程進行POS機操作。
• 確保庫存的整體準確性。
• 確保對Canada Goose商品知識完整理解及掌握。
• 熟悉庫存管理包括進貨、換貨及退貨等事項。
• 需對於店鋪營運的品質維護和標準的提升。
• 負責維護視覺陳列相關規定。
• 接受公司指派其他職責，以維持業務需求。
顧客體驗服務
• 透過有效率的店鋪營運以確保提供卓越的客戶服務體驗(例如：倉庫管理、收銀服務和擁有最佳的商品促銷區域) 。
• 提高品牌的售後服務分數（NPS）。
- 職位要求
- • 至少擁有1年的零售經驗，以需經營主顧客的品牌尤佳。
• 具一線精品、奢侈品產業經驗尤佳。
• 曾在高人流量店鋪工作經驗尤佳。
• 能夠接受在工作時間長時間站立並因應不同的上班時間靈活工作，如高峰期、假期。
• 具有強大的組織能力和對細節的敏銳度。
• 能夠在快節奏且以團隊為導向的環境中高效工作。
• 對於庫存管理和POS系統操作有充分的了解。
• 擁有出色的溝通和人際交往能力。
• 主動積極，能夠獨立工作及懂得適時尋求指導。
• 擁有良好Microsoft Office電腦文書處理技能；以Word和Excel最為重要。
• 擁有良好英語的聽、說、讀、寫能力。
