Duty Engineer

Operate all building services to cope with the Hotel operational needs.

Handle all operations relating to the computerized work order system.

Supervise the Engineering Maintenance Team and share with them the routine shift duties and execute work orders.

Respond to any emergency/complaints/requests and take necessary actions.

In charge of the engineering department after office hours.

To closely monitor the overall operations and execute energy conservation wherever possible.

Monitor all plants and systems in operation for any abnormal.

Prepare daily work summary for each trade.

Monitor the real time performance data figures of each system and plant in addition to various routine instrumental testing.

Co-ordination with other department/outlet for R&M work.

Monitor consumption of various utilities and replenish as required.
