Responsibilities :

• Lead the full-scale operation of e-commerce logistics solutions, including customs clearance, warehousing, parcel delivery and customer services

• Design and execute the business solution to optimize the cost, transit time and operations process efficiency

• Formulate and set standard operating procedures (SOP) and KPI for full-scale of logistics management

• Provide supervision, direction and leadership for the division to raise the standard of performance in meeting the goals for both internal and external customers

• Work with IT team on system amendment in order to enhance operation efficiency

• Maintain effective communications with clients and drive clients’ satisfaction on services

• Support major account business development and sales process

Requirements :

• University graduate or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or Internal Transportation

• At least 6 years solid operations / logistics experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role or above. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Logistics Manager.

• Experience in full-scale economic logistics operations, including parcel delivery and customer services is mostly preferred

• Experience in 3PL logistics company with WMS/TMS experience is preferable

• Excellent PC skills is a MUST – IT programming knowledge is a definite asset

• Knowledge in budget planning, control and management

• Strong analytical and logical capabilities

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
