Responsibilities: • Operate and manage the open kitchen stalls
• Manage the food cost and recipe of the menu
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeeping of the kitchen
• Work with the restaurant operation and marketing team
• Determine how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply
Requirements:
• More than 1 years’ experience in F&B industry
• Strong entrepreneurial traits and able to work independently
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Dedicated to food quality and control
