Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations
• Ensure customers receive excellent customer service by leading, motivating &
coaching team members to exceed customers’ expectation.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Work with marketing team to plan and execute monthly promotions
• With the help of the marketing team, utilize social media platforms to create
content, engage communities and drive traffic Handle administrative tasks and
scheduling.
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain high level of cleanliness & hygiene of the premises
• Organize and host events or promotions with local community to increase public
awareness
Requirements:
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Portuguese will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication and problemsolving skills are required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent product knowledge of Portuguese cuisine
• Computer knowledge (POS, Opera, MS Office)
• Experience in event planning
• Preferably a degree/ higher diploma in Hospitality Business Management
