職責: 管理店舖的日常營運 確保所有執行政策，程序和客戶服務，符合公司標準 管理店舖團隊包括醫學美容顧問、治療師、客户服務主任、按摩師及茶水清潔員 帶領店舖所有團隊，以確保公司文化，療程知識，銷售技巧和客戶服務符合公司標準 確保所有部門順利合作，以實現最卓越客戶服務，提高工作效率和專業銷售管理 以明確的目標推動團隊，激發團隊動力，增進營運效率，擴大客源，確保卓越客戶服務
職位要求: 待客由心出發、熱誠有禮、良好笑容 積極、主動的服務態度 具有出色的溝通能力和良好的團隊合作精神 3 年或以上任何行業管理團隊經驗 有醫學美容經驗優先考慮
