工作職責： 接收主管信息後安排行程或會議，如工作必要時需隨主管外出公幹 負責部門會議議程及會議記錄，並支援部門一切的行政工作 負責傳達主管的各項指示，與各部門保持緊密聯繫 協助主管處理日常文書工作，包括起草信函、報告、文件等 負責協助主管對外聯絡及商務接待事宜 執行主管交辦的各項事務
職位要求： 大學畢業或以上 具酒店業或博彩業秘書工作經驗優先 具良好中英文溝通及書寫能力 具較強的交際能力及獨立處事能力
