Job Duties Network / Hardware / Software installation & configuration
Software / Hardware updates and upgrades
Troubleshooting operating systems and servers
Daily backup checkup
Provide technical support and maintenance services to users
Responsible for supporting cloud daily operation and maintenance Provide solution/instruction and operation guide for onsite support to all users
Handle project tasks assigned in timely manner and ensure the quality fulfills
the requirement
Skill in analyze and troubleshoot for technical problem and follow up until the
issue been fixed
Provide automation tools to enhance support team working efficiency
Handle tasks of project closure
Coordinate with different team and vendor for problem solving
Prepare and maintain relevant technical documents
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above (information technology or Electronic Engineering
Major)
3-5 years related work experience
Familiar with (Windows / Linux / Python / PHP / Cloud Platform and Big data
support) operating system, maintaining system stability, security, high
availability and high scalability
Familiar with common VM environment and configuration process
Familiar with server and network monitoring software
Familiar with AD, group policy and exchange settings and maintenance Good problem solving and risk identification skill. Agile thinking, proactive
work, able to work under large work pressures, awareness of IT security
Able to handle emergencies.
Able to handle IT documentation,
Must keep be patient and good service attitude.
