Job Duties:  Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals;  Plan, lead and execute all systems development and equipment setups, especially ones with digital applications development, social media, mobile applications, business intelligence, business process reengineering and change management components for e-commerce, Media and Travel industry  Evaluate and implement current and new systems, infrastructure, network security to ensure functionality and efficiency that yield competitive advantage;  Able to perform risk management, e.g. disaster recovery, back up procedures, security control to ensure strong IT platform and avoid discrepancies;  Build and supervise quality assurance and data protection processes;  Administer the IT team on the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all current IT systems;  Lead the overall IT solution design and project delivery to meet the needs and expectations of key internal and external stakeholders;  Promote agile development methodology and the use of innovative technologies. Develop the team towards more flexible, collaborative, fast learning and adaptive to change & innovation, Build a team with multi-disciplinary skills with less restrictive to specific technologies.

Requirements  BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus;  Familiar with experience in Redis, MySQL, MongoDB is a plus  Hands – on experience in Java, Java Framework (Spring Boot), React.js, Vue.js or Node.js  Hands – on experience in Python, Hadoop, data warehouse  Familiar with Agile, Scrum, DevOps  Technically proficient in cloud and emerging technologies (AI, IoT), development  Extensive track record in leading technical teams in R&D and technical development & delivery  Experience in building successful new IT domains and ERP development based and cross integration in between e-commerce, Media and Travel industry  Knowledgeable the market trend in software and system applications in e-commerce, Media and Travel industry  Solid experiences of manage data in multi industry, such as e-commerce, Media and Travel industry  Experience in design/architecture and solution of enterprise applications (Cloud-based platforms like AWS, Ali Cloud) and digital capabilities (e.g. APIs, Micro services architecture);  Solid understanding of advanced technology and concepts as the opportunities and potential threats, including cloud computing, data warehouse, BI, AI  Successful record in senior R&D management and technical leadership with reputable organizations;  Excellent leadership, management skills and organizational abilities;  Problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical skills;  Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, group leaders, and other senior management throughout the company;  Can withstand work pressure and have high sense of responsibility
