Position Requirement:
Responsibilities: • To perform full spectrum HR Duties including but not limited to provide different HR planning and strategies on manpower planning, talent acquisition and people development; • Integrate & Implement HR strategies as well as processing & reviewing the HR Policies and procedure on daily operations; • Design, implement and carry out periodic reviews on overall Organization Structure and Career Ladder Development; • Assist to lead and perform compensation and benefits analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness; • Provide advice and support to business units regarding HR strategy, policies and best practice to meet corporate objectives and goals; • Coach and lead team members to conduct market research intelligence; • Design analytical reports in all HR areas for management decision making; • Assist in design, implement and review on reward and benefits schemes; • Provide support to the HCA Director in administering Office Management duties (China, HK & Macau). • Assist the HCA Director for HCA budgeting and cost control Requirements: • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines • Have relevant working experience in similar business nature companies with 5 years in managerial position • Knowledgeable in Macau and China Labor Law, Quota Management • Ability to effectively mentor and manage a team of junior staff • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Logical thinking, high accuracy, strong in leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; written English and Chinese • Experience in HRIS systems
