主要職責： 協調及處理部門各項突發行政事務及指導下屬工作，為公司解決法律問題 分析風險及建議後訂定新的目標或指引以完善部門運作 審批各類信函、合約等內容及格式，提供改善意見 批覆司法信函，協助上司通過司法合作義務上有利公司營運及保障的指引、流程及應對方案 熟悉各類民事訴訟案件的程序，就個案給予綜合建議及指導
