崗位職責 :
- 負責公司銷售部整體管理和銷售資料分析;
- 負責部門同事每月績效考核方案制定及季度考評，帶領團隊出色地完成公司下發的KPI考核任務。做好城市緯度的上傳下達工作。
- 負責與澳門區內的餐飲老商戶，建立並維護健康穩定合作關係;
- 通過洽談和日常維護，並結合市場現狀，制定資料分析的對應策略方向，不 斷提升和客戶的合作價值，實現商戶和平臺共贏。
崗位要求 :
- 專科以上學歷 專業不限
- 有餐飲 O2O行業等銷售經驗者優先
- 具有較強的市場分析行銷推廣和良好的人際交流能力分析能力協調能力
- 具有較強的責任感 較強的事業心執行力和如饑似渴的學習欲望，渴望突破 自己
- 具備從互聯網角度分析問題的能力，樂於向團隊樂於分享優秀的工作經驗和 心得
- 有良好抗壓能力 能吃苦
