Responsibilities: - General administrative duties
- Handle clerical duties
- Maintain accurate staff record, monthly duties record, leave record
- Assist in staff payroll
- Permit application for the staff
- Assist the superior and handle ad hoc assignment
Requirement: - High school graduate or above
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work immediately is preferred
