| 職位描述Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations
2. In charge of the section assigned
3. Monitor service attendants on serving food and beverage items to guests according to service procedures and standards
4. Interact proactively with customers promoting restaurant products and services
5. Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offerings
6. Assist in training, supervising, counseling and disciplining waiters/waitresses
7. Perform a combination of the supportive functions and side duties
8. Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by delighting guests in dining experiences, anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations, even when under stress
9. Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place
10. Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry
2. Relevant experience in hotel would be an advantage
3. Holder of certificate/diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline would be an advantage
4. Knowledge of Western Restaurant service operations
5. Certified with Hygiene Manager or Supervisor course would be an advantage
6. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented
7. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
8. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
9. Knowledge of POS and MS Office
