This is a key appointment which will see the successful SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Stationed in Hong Kong or Macau) ensuring that our growth happens in a sustainable and manageable manner, while ensuring our customers, consultants, developer, sub-contractors and colleagues worked as one focused team with common objectives and goals.
Dynamics of the Role
· Responsible for the management of a number of projects being implemented simultaneously
· Identify and implement new initiatives to ensure continues improvement.
· Undertake the responsibility for key account management.
Direct and manage the project and construction team
Oversee implementation of the QMS on all identified projects
People’s Potential
School Certificate (Form 5 or above); At least 15 years’ relevant experience in project management / commercial fitting out and decoration project design of which 5 years in senior managerial level, preferably in a commercial / retail / hospitality/ offices fit out projects with multi-national corporate exposure
Good technical understanding with strong business acumen
Strong leadership, negotiation skills and presentation skills
Computer literacy is essential
