為配合發展，本公司現為奢華時裝品牌招聘澳門區域經理 職責: · 監督澳門所有零售店舖日常運作, 銷售業績 · 確保所有公司方向和指南都按時並正確執行 · 領導前線員工以達到公司銷售目標並管理前線員工培訓 · 與各內部部門協調以確保運營順利進行 · 不斷審視和改善運營戰略，以持續改進銷售業績 · 處理管理層分配的其他職責 要求: · 至少8年的零售經驗，和至少5年以上的國際奢華品牌 (珠寶品牌 / 時裝品牌) 店舖管理經驗 · 卓越的領導力，進取，人際關係和溝通技巧 · 以人為本，自我激勵，能夠在快節奏的環境中工作 · 流利粵語，英語和普通話
