工作內容
- 監督餐廳的日常運作
- 確保營運、協助及參與廚房工作，包括人手安排、食材管理等
- 成本控制管理
- 市場推廣及參與餐單規劃，確保提供高質素的餐飲客戶服務
- 管理及培訓服務團隊，帶領團隊達至餐廳業績及利潤目標，凝聚團隊氣氛
- 處理客人訂位詢問、投訴，以及一般文書工作
工作要求
- 8年或以上相關工作經驗
- 西餐餐飲知識 (如具WSET葡萄酒初級認證更佳)
- 電腦文書處理
- 良好口語及書寫能力：粵語、普通話、英語
