| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide on-site customer service and technical support to various properties across Asia Pacific
- Be the primary service contact to assigned property and will make regular goodwill, maintenance and service calls
- Respond to emergency service calls via cell phone 24/7
Requirements:
- Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT highly preferred
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in a casino or gaming environment
- PMP holder and/or having project management experience is highly preferred
- Previous work experience as an ATM and/or IT technician
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Full time / 40 Hours per week
Hours may be flexible based on customer demand
