- 幼兒教育、護理、教育、社會工作、與幼兒發展或幼兒教育相關的應用心理學高等專科學位或以上；或具有經社會工作局認可等同上述1. 點所述的資格
- 具2年以上幼兒教育工作經驗及1年或以上行政及管理工作經驗
- 對1-3 歲學前服務有願景、抱負及創意、樂意研發及推行優質課程及服務理念
- 良好中英文溝通及書寫能力；具基本電腦技巧；具良好人際關係及溝通技巧及推動團隊協作能力
- 具領導才能，策劃、組織、服務宣傳、解難及危機處理能力；有危機意識及客戶服務導向，及能於壓力下工作
- 持有澳門特別行政區永久性居民身份證
