作為一位店舖經理/主管，您的目標是店舖業績及客戶滿意度。您主要負責:
- 確保店舖日常運作暢順
- 推動您的團隊以達到銷售目標
- 監察團隊表現並提供員工培訓
- 管理倉存數量及盤點
- 與不同部門協調，執行店內一切銷售活動，如特別推廣、促銷
- 負責店內櫥窗及陳列，以保持品牌形象及增加商品曝光率
- 與您的分區經理及區域經理緊密合作以提升店舖整體表現
這職位非常適合您，假如您:
- 擁有4-6年前線零售工作經驗，包括2-3年於主管職位以上
- 有良好組織及溝通能力
- 靈活、正面及有執行力
- 有決心、主動和有活力
- 對時裝界充滿熱誠，並喜愛我們的品牌和產品
