| Position Requirement: |
- 負責制定餐飲部營銷計劃、長短期經營預算，帶領全體員工積極完成和超額完成經營指標。
- 定期深入各部門聽取滙報並檢查工作情況，控制餐飲部各項收支，制定餐飲價格，監督採購和盤點工作，進行有效的成本控制。
- 負責部門之人力調配，制訂餐廳服務方式與作業標準流程等事宜。
- 建立良好的對客關係，主動徵求及聽取客人的意見和建議，積極認真地處理顧客的投訴，提高服務質量。
- 監督食物之製作流程、份量及擺盤等事務。 親自品嘗餐食以確保菜色品質穩定。 協調外場點餐與內場廚師料理的順序與速度。
職位要求：- 具五年或以上之餐飲管理經驗，擁有成本控制、烹飪技術、設施設備維護、市場營銷等餐飲專業知識
- 良好的組織管理能力及領導能力
- 具有優秀的溝通技巧和撰寫業務報告的能力
