| Position Requirement: |
- 遵守公司各項規定，執行指示，完成公司下達銷售任務；
- 瞭解品牌的經營方針，依據品牌的特色和風格指定銷售策略；
- 管理店舖的日常工作，激發導購工作熱情，調節賣場購物氣氛；
- 監督考核售貨員的工作表現，及時反映員工動態，並對導購進行培訓；
- 搜集商場的公共推廣活動及周圍品牌活動與銷售情況，整理店內客流資料；
- 盤點庫存核對、商品交接的準確無誤，及負責店舖內貨品補齊，商品陳列；
- 協助主管處理與改善專櫃運作的問題。
職位要求：
- 35歲以下，高中以上學歷，形象氣質佳，性格活潑開朗，親和力強；
- 5年以上品牌服飾銷售工作經驗、2年以上高端時裝品牌店長管理經驗；
- 良好的團隊協作精神、敬業愛崗，能以嫺熟的產品知識和銷售技巧培訓及指導店員；
- 為人成熟穩重，溝通和表達能力較強，親和力較好，能團結店舖同事一起開展工作；
- 為人誠實守信、具有良好的職業態度，願與公司共同發展。
