PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Store Manager will maximize sales, optimize operations and coach/lead the retail team in the designated stores under their responsibility.
You will work with both mid-term goals (monthly sales, productivity, campaigns, seasonal calendar, promotions) and short term goals (daily sales target, operations, customer service follow up, VM displays, replenishment).
You will work with Marketing, Merchandising, Human Resources and Supply & Demand Chain to organize the daily implementation of all the decisions, and provide qualitative feedback, information and data to improve.
You will be required to work on shift schedules.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Supervisors to drive retail sales performance
Oversee all operations in responsible shops including opening, closing, cash movement, stocks, service level, etc.
Create daily action plans to animate the store, motivate the team and incentivize customers to visit the store
Lead by example, coach and motivate staff team to fulfill the company’s selling and service standards and maximize the customer’s experience at Macau Airport.
Assess team member performance on a timely basis and support their career plans
Responsible of Beauty Advisor (BA)/Cashier selection, conduct interviews and recruit the correct talents for the responsible shop
Feedback to Brand partner on BA performance and create active plan to address problem staff
Ensure smooth execution of online sales
Review Roster for responsible store to ensure correct coverage
Coordinate with Marketing Department on Visual Merchandising, promotions, special events etc.
Coordinate with Merchandising Department on HPP, SPP, events, Brand’s visits etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
4 years of related work experience in retail operations, preferably in a FMCG or retail environment (experience in Travel Retail and/or beauty-fashion is a plus)
Degree in Business or Management
Excellent customer service focus
Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented
Strong leadership skills
