主要職責： l 負責對項目設計方案進行工程技術可行性分析，並提出修改完善意見。 l 負責制定項目強弱電，給排水，及冷氣通風等方案計劃。 l 與工程師，建築師，顧問及其他單位緊密配合 入職要求： l 機電工程相關專業大學程度或以上 l 熟悉設計規範和澳門相關法例標準 l 3年或以上相關經驗，具房地產項目開發相關工作經驗更佳 l 熟悉AutoCAD及相關建築繪圖軟件 l 具良好中文語言（廣東話及普通話）水平，具良好英語水平更佳 |
